Langsea Group high-level delegation visited “Bahnstadt Heidelberg”

On 31st, May, the high-level delegation of Langsea Group led by the chairman Mr. Ming Tian visited the construction site in “Bahnstadt Heidelberg” by Frey Architekten Group and was warmly welcomed by the chairman of Frey Architekten Group Mr. Wolfgang Frey and Partner China Ms. Jiakun Wang.

The chairman of Frey Architekten Group Mr. Wolfgang Frey firstly introduced to the delegation members his experiences through the investigation, design and construction processes of the project “Bahnstadt Heidelberg” and then shared another important ongoing project by the Group “Smart Green Tower Freiburg”. Later, the delegation entered the construction site and made an on-the-spot investigation in the construction methods of German passive houses.

 

After a one-day investigation and communication, Frey Architekten Group would actively seek for future cooperation with Langsea Group and engage in combining its experiences in designing ecological low-carbon architecture and sustainable living concepts with the differentiation strategy insisted by Langsea Group and its emphasis on green tech real estate, in order to explore new green real estate market together.
