The conference was hosted by ZhongLian MuNi (Beijing) International Exhibition Co., Ltd. and Germany's 'Bauwelt' magazine and aiming at high-quality architectural exchange meetings for architects, designers, ancillary building construction solutions and real estate companies.

The conference is designed to meet the fast-growing Chinese market and integrates innovative building ideas, high-quality architectural design, new environmentally-friendly building materials and green ecological building technology. Providing a high-level international experience exchange platform for the industry, the conference also offered new visions and ideas regarding construction quality inspection, building energy-saving renovation and sustainable development of the Chinese construction industry.

Mr. Sven Ring, Technical Director of Frey Construction Group China, was invited to participate in the conference and delivered a keynote speech on passive ultra-low energy buildings at the 'China’s sustainable architectural design' forum’s morning session of November 2nd. In his speech, he (Mr. Ring) introduced the Frey Construction Group's rich practical experience in the field of green ecological low-energy buildings. Serving as a role model, the Group's first investment in China, a 65,000 square meter passive housing residential demonstration project currently being under construction at Sino-German Ecological Park, Frey • DeJian Park, 

introduced the technical characteristics of ultra-low energy passive buildings and its potential for further development in China.

Mr. Wei Cui, founder of Cui Wei Studio, honorary dean of the China Architecture Design and Research Institute Group and chief architect, was also invited to conduct a lecture during the forum and gave a wonderful speech on “Using less energy and less material, providing more space and more intensity: exploring the design method of green building”. At the conference, the green building experts from all over the world shared the experience of international green building construction design and leading building technology, which aroused the participants' deep thinking about the sustainable development of China's future construction industry.

Summarized, the conference’s major focus lies on green building, building information modeling (short: BMI), intelligent building, building automation, energy technology and other aspects of the construction industry hotspots and future development trends; analyzing the world's latest outstanding architectural cases, showing comprehensive designs and construction processes, and providing high-end building technology solutions, the future architecture meets more than ever before people's requirements for high comfort and healthy living and it pays even more attention to how the entire life cycle of the building will have a more positive impact on the environment.
