From 29 to 31 May, 2019s Asian Passive House Conference was held at the German-Chinese Ecopark in Qingdao. This conference is dedicated to monitoring energy consumption (the most powerful evidence of energy savings for passive houses), and is jointly developed and organized by Sino-German United Group Co., Ltd., the China Passive Buildings Alliance of CABEE, and the Sino-German Ecopark Passive House Building Technology Co. , Ltd.

In a passionate plea, Wolfgang Feist, founder and director of the Passive House Institute in Darmstadt, Germany, appealed to the participants that a shift away from the global 'business as usual' was necessary, and 'immediate substantial action' to reduce and reduce emissions to handle the resources more consciously. Feist pointed out that if mankind does not act, it is not the world that is lost, but the whole civilization.

 

Wolfgang Frey, President of the Frey Group, focused in his presentation on climate protection, 

too and talked about passive house projects as well as technology exchange. 


Sven Ring, Technical Director at Frey Group, gave a speech on the importance of international exchange of experience.

 

Later on, during a solemn act, Bertold Kaufmann from the Passive House Institute Darmstadt awarded the first passive house kindergarten in Nanchang and the passive house villa in Chiling with the Passive House Certificate. Both projects were developed and realized by the Frey Group.
