The China Passive Building Alliance(CPBA) held the 2021 Vice Chairman Working Conference and the 'Hainan Free Trade Port. Zero Carbon Building Technology Forum' in Haikou from April 26 to 28, 2021. The vice-chairmen and the invited guests discussed the future development.

In order to better promote the development of the industry, this event was hosted by the Hainan Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Institute of Building Environment and Energy of China Construction and Research Institute, and the CPBA. During the three days of the grand event, the main content of the meeting was organized around the three themes of the 2021 Vice Chairman’s Working Meeting, the Vice Chairman’s Exchange Meeting-Zero Carbon Building Technology Forum, and the Zero Carbon Building Project Visit.

Facing the future '2030 carbon peak' and '2060 carbon neutral' long-term goal, during the '14th Five-Year Plan' period, the CPBA will continue to promote the in-depth integration of near-zero energy/zero-carbon building industry, education and research, and promote the building to continue to move higher . Industry innovation promoted industrial development, the '13th Five-Year Plan' came to a successful conclusion, and the '14th Five-Year Plan' was fully launched. In the future, the CPBA will accelerate the promotion of the high-quality development of near-zero energy and zero-carbon buildings, accelerate the promotion of China's near-zero energy, zero-energy, and zero-carbon buildings in the international leading development, and promote building energy conservation And green buildings are developing to a higher level, and will continue to work hard in 2021.
