Sponsored by China Academy of Building Research, China Passive Building Alliance(CPBA) and Architectural Society of China Zero Energy Building Academic Committee, organized by Henan Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Zhengzhou Urban and Rural Development Bureau, Henan Wufang Building Technology Group, Henan Province Passive Ultra-Low Energy Building Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance, and Henan Provincial Institute of Building Research co-organized the 6th 'National Nearly-Zero Energy Building Conference' held in Henan from November 27th to 28th.

The main forum of this conference invited more than 100 experts and leaders at home and abroad, the chairman of the CPBA, the professional chief engineer of the China Academy of Building Research, and the president of the Institute of Environmental Energy, Xu Wei, delivered a speech at the opening ceremony of the conference.Ni Jiangbo, deputy director of the Standard and Quota Division of the Ministry of Urban and Rural Development, expressed affirmation and put forward higher requirements for the development and implementation of nearly-zero energy consumption building projects in various provinces and cities. German Frey Group-WFP Architekten was invited to participate in this conference.

This conference aims to guide the development of ultra-low/nearly-zero energy consumption buildings in China towards a more mature and standardized direction, and promote the upgrading of related industries. The conference has a total of 20+ theme forums, 50+ demonstration projects, and 100+ speakers, providing a platform for technical discussions, 

achievement demonstrations, and exchanges and cooperation.

President Xu Wei first expressed his sincere thanks to the leaders at all levels, guests, business peers and international experts on behalf of the organizers of the conference. In addition, Chairman Xu Wei said that since the 13th Five-Year Plan, the launch of German cooperation projects has played an important role in China's future construction from single to regional.

Deputy Director Ni Jiangbo said that in the development of ultra-low energy consumption buildings, Henan Province has played an exemplary role in leading the 'Standard' in the demonstration projects of clean heating.

Mr. Wang Weimin, Executive Deputy General Manager of German Frey Group-WFP Architekten, was invited to participate in the conference and expounded the practical and technical points on the road of passive construction in China and Germany. At present, the company has developed and participated in many projects, which not only play an exemplary role between China and Germany, but also carry out corporate projects all over the world. The goal is to develop energy-saving buildings around the world and contribute to environmental protection.

The holding of the Nearly-Zero Energy Building Conference has a profound impact on promoting the development of passive houses and green building economies around the world.
