Representatives from the Baden-Württemberg China Network and Mr. Huang Yiyang, Consul General of the Chinese Consulate General in Frankfurt, delivered speeches emphasizing the importance of cooperation between China and Germany in multiple domains. They expressed gratitude to the Qingdao Municipal Government for its efforts in promoting this conference.

Mr. Wolfgang Frey, Chairman of the Frey Building Group from Germany, was among the prominent attendees at the conference. Mr. Frey engaged in in-depth discussions with Mayor Zhao Haozhi and leaders of the Qingdao Ecological Park regarding the development and collaboration in ultra-low energy consumption buildings. Both parties explored the possibilities of advancing ultra-low energy consumption buildings in China and expressed strong interest and firm support for cooperation in this field. Mr. Frey stated that there is immense cooperation potential between China and Germany in the construction sector, and the Qingdao Ecological Park, as a leading ecological building demonstration area in China, is an ideal location for such cooperation.
