It is the second cooperating passive house project between Frey Architekten Group and Jiangxi Zhongsen Group since last cooperation on “Jiangxi Zhongsen Honggu Yipin Passive House Kindergarten” project. The two companies are going to jointly build low-energy, sustainable passive house department in Nanchang, Jiangxi. As the second cooperation, it indicated that two sides will make further cooperations in the field of sustainable low-energy passive house building, promote and open Chinese market in the future. Mr. Wolfgang Frey, Chairman of Frey Architekten Group, Ms. Jiakun Wang, Partner of Frey Architekten Group and CEO of region China, Mr. Qingyuan Zhu, Chairman of Jiangxi Zhongsen Group, and Mr. Zhiyong Xu, Lifetime honored secretary-general of China Passive Building Alliance attended the signing ceremony.

It is worth pointing out that project “Zhongsen International Garden Hotel Appartment” is the second cooperation between Frey Architekten Group and Jiangxi Zhongsen Group after last cooperating project “Jiangxi Zhongsen Honggu Yipin Passive House Kindergarten”. It has remarkable meaning that the two companies appreciate and trust on each other, looking forward to creating a new great achievement. 

Based the fully understanding on the cultural differences between China and Germany, to integrate advantages of both sides, providing more practicable precious experiences for China low-carbon, sustainable ecological buildings and creating multicultural inspirations and international perspectives.

Jiangxi Zhongsen Group entered real estate sector in 2012, is an integrated company activates in  real estate development, sustainable building technologies research and development, building construction, property management and so on. The project “Zhongsen Honggu Yipin” which cost vast sums becomes a sustainable building representative example, with European sustainable low-energy building standards and top ten green building technologies management system. Jiangxi Zhongsen Group is in the lead in Chinese sustainable building field.
