Mr. Frey, Chairman of Frey Architekten Group said in the speech that Frey Group already has had the wish that developing an energy efficient sustainable project cooperates with Sino-German Eco-Park, as early as the 2010 Shanghai Expo. Frey Architekten Group is committed to living, energy efficient and environmental friendly buildings. Before this project, amount of designs have been done in China, but this project is the first one invested and developed in China. It was initially thought investing this passive house community in Sino-German Eco-Park was taking an adventure. But now, it was proved that it is a correct decision.

Mr. Shiyu Zhao, General Secretary Trade Union and Director of Administrative Committee of Sino-German Eco-Park, said in the speech, Frey Architekten Group is an outstanding group in Germany. It is the first project invested by Frey Architekten Group in China. According to the survey, it also should be the first German Company invests real estate in China. We not only see the development of passive house, but also the implementation and development of German passive house technologies in China.

The project “Passive House Demonstration Community (Ⅱ)”, with total area of 28,000 m², total building area 63,900 m² and total investment of 5.5 billion RMB. It is the first passive house project invested and developed by German passive house developer (Frey Architekten Group) in China. Integrating Chinese efficiency with German quality, to develop high standard and high quality, smart, comfortable and green residential environmental.
