Three building projects led by Frey Group-WFP Architekten successfully passed the evaluation

Recently, the China Association of Building Energy Efficiency (CABEE) released a red-headed document. After strict evaluation and review by the China Academy of Building Research and various experts, the third batch of nearly-zero energy building evaluation projects in 2021 will be announced.

The main contents of the announcement are: according to the national standard 'Technical Standard for Nearly-Zero Energy Buildings' (GB/T51350-2019) and CABEE 'Evaluation Standard for Nearly-Zero Energy Buildings' (T/CABEE003-2019), third-party evaluation agencies Organized and completed the prediction and evaluation of buildings with nearly-zero energy consumption, and announced 10 projects that met the evaluation requirements. Among them, the Frey·      Noble Age Building E building in Qingdao Sino-German Eco-Park Passive House Residential Promotion 

Demonstration Residential Project invested and designed by German Frey Group-WFP Architekten, and Shanxi Xinyuan Smart Construction and Operation Headquarters consulted by German Frey Group-WFP Architekten (now renamed Shanxi Xiaohe Smart Construction and Operation Headquarters) Building A and the integrated construction project of Shandong Laoling Museum, Archives, and Library - Archives passed the evaluation and met the nearly-zero energy consumption building standards and obtained official certification.
