The theme of this year's National Energy Conservation Publicity Week is 'Energy Conservation, Carbon Reduction, Green Development'. CCTV's 'Focus Interview' focused on ultra-low energy passive buildings, and broadcast the special program 'Ultra-low energy consumption, buildings become 'green' on August 24, which comprehensively introduced ultra-low energy buildings and their importance in energy saving and carbon reduction in the building field. effect.

German Frey Group-WFP Architekten invested in 'Frey· Noble Age' located in Qingdao Sino-German EcoPark, and presided over the design of 'Forest Kindergarten' and a number of passive building projects in the park as demonstration cases to be displayed in the special program.

China's first passive nearly-zero energy project invested, designed and built in China by a German developer (German Frey Group-WFP Architekten). The project has been selected as the national key R&D project of the 13th Five-Year Plan, the national nearly-zero energy consumption certification, and the German PHI (Passive House Institute) certification project. It is located in Sino-German EcoPark, No. 2877, Tuanjie Road, West Coast New District, Qingdao. Covering an area of 43 hectare, with a total construction area of 65,000 square meters, it is a comprehensive residential area including high-rise, multi-storey and public buildings.

This 'breathing forest kindergarten' in Sino-German Ecological Park on the west coast of Qingdao is invested

and constructed by Sino-German Ecological Park Passive House Building Technology Co., Ltd. and designed by German Frey Group-WFP Architekten , It is the first passive kindergarten certified by 'passive ultra-low energy consumption building' in Shandong Province, providing a comfortable and healthy environment for children.

Tian Guomin, director of the Standard Quota Department of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, said: 'In the next step, our ministry will continue to improve the level of building energy efficiency by formulating mandatory standards, and comprehensively promote ultra-low energy consumption buildings in suitable climate zones. At the same time, We are also formulating a carbon peaking implementation plan in the field of urban and rural construction, coordinating the promotion of energy conservation and emission reduction, conscientiously implementing the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, and making positive contributions to the country's carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.'

Xu Wei ,President of the Insititute of Building Environment and Energy Conservation ,China Academy of Building Research , said:”According to our country’s statistics , carbon emissions from building operations account for about 20% of the country’s total carbon emissions. If invisible carbon emissions are added, including building materials about 40% of the usage and construction. How to achieve carbon peaking and carbon neutrality in buildings? One of the measures is to make new buildings realize ultra-low energy consumption buildings as soon as possible.
