At the invitation of German Frey Group-WFP Architekten, on October 13, 2019, Southwest Coast Enterprise Urban Development Co., Ltd. visited the Sino-German Ecological Park located in the China (Shandong) Free Trade Zone, and conducted a 2-day business inspection and exchange of the Sino-German Ecological Park and the Passive House Promotion Demonstration Community. During this period, the German Frey Group-WFP Architekten received the delegation and provided the delegation with an explanation of the passive house project in the eco-park. Subsequently, on the 16th, Mr. Wolfgang Frey, Chairman of the German Frey Group-WFP Architekten, went to the headquarters of the Bosung Group in South Korea and signed a memorandum of international exchange and cooperation in order to achieve further exchanges and cooperation between China and South Korea.

On October 13, the delegation visited the construction site and the model room of the Frey Noble Age project,

 accompanied and explained by the on-site personnel of Frey Group and the Passive House Residential Demonstration Community .

During this inspection, the delegation visited the Passive House Experience Center, learned about the technological concept of passive building and the planning and development direction of the future ecological living environment, and expressed their support and recognition for the future development of the ecological living environment.

On the 16th, at the invitation of Bosung Group, Mr. Frey arrived in South Korea, and the staff of Bosong Group gave him a cordial and friendly reception. On the same day, the two sides signed a memorandum on international cooperation. Mr. Frey said that establishing a long-term friendly strategic partnership, exploring the field of international ecological living environment planning, and achieving the goal of low-carbon life on the premise of a win-win situation for both parties are the corporate development direction that the Group has been longing for.
