This project belongs to the Science and Education Innovation Zone of Taicang City. It is located on the southwest side of Taicang Campus of Northwestern Polytechnical University and the west side of Taicang Campus of Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, east to Fuda Road, west to Shibagang Road, south to Jiangnan Road, and north to Xinzhu Jinghe, the planned land area is about 112,447,100 square meters. Three areas are planned: 'Industry-University-Research Cooperation and Exchange Area', 'Technology Innovation Enterprise R&D Office Area' and 'Community Supporting Service Area'.

 

The plot ratio of the project index is not more than 2.2, the building density is 50%, the green space rate is not less than 25%, and the height limit is 50 meters. The total construction area of the project is 343,000 square meters. It consists of 1 11-story SEE innovation center (including, conference center) building, 1 high-rise commercial office building, 1 single-family commercial building, 10 (combination) independent small and medium-sized R&D office buildings, 2 groups of combined groups, It consists of high-rise R&D offices and 3 apartment hotel buildings.

 

This project is designed with a zero-carbon community as the design goal, and proposes an overall strategy of increasing revenue and reducing expenditure, namely: reducing building energy consumption, adopting passive house standards to restrict the primary energy consumption of buildings, at the same time, making full use of on-site solar energy resources and carbon-neutral production capacity measures, using The surrounding needs of the project are replaced by carbon trading. Photovoltaics are used as the main power generation equipment, and the district heat and power cogeneration is used as a supplementary supply. Except for the fire alarm and elevator system, the rest of the building electricity is distributed through the DC power grid, and in extreme cases, the municipal power grid is supplemented. . The surplus electricity of photovoltaic and cogeneration is stored in the battery, and the part exceeding the battery capacity will be merged into the municipal grid.

 

The technical scheme of passive house has developed from only considering the single building itself to a comprehensive regional consideration. Passive house community not only pays attention to energy efficiency and indoor environment, but sets the goal as a five-in-one green and smart community of 'energy-efficient community, green community, smart community, sponge community, and livable community'. The regional overall construction of passive houses can achieve a better allocation of resources.
