This project is located in the northwest of Nanchang City , and combines Honggutan central area and Xinjian County. The total land area of the project is amounting to 280,761.58㎡,of which the construction area (first phase) is 59,388.00㎡,and  and the total planned area (second phase) is 221,373.58 ㎡, with residential land usage at approx. 178,486.58 square meters and areas for tourism usage at approx. 42,887.00 square meters.

The project‘s total construction area of 426,745 square meters (measured on the ground),consists of  50,146 square meters (already been constructed in the first phase), and a total planned construction area (second phase) of 376,599.00 square meters, of which 266,824.00 square meters are residential construction area, 44,587.00 square meters are commercial construction area, and 65,188.00 square meters for tourism usage. 

The building density is at 27%, and the green space ratio at 30%. A 12-class kindergarten will be built as an auxiliary facility. This planning and design is mainly aimed at plots #97 & #98 (two residential buildings), and plot #99 (office building) in the South Block G of Phase II of the project.
