Aohai Fuchun Mountain Residence Project

Aohai Fuchun Mountain Residence Project

The Aohai Fuchun Mountain Residence Project is located in Changchun City, Jilin Province, Northeast China. It is divided into severe cold regions according to the climatic regions of China, and has relatively higher requirements in terms of thermal insulation thickness and heat transfer coefficient of thermal insulation materials. In order to meet the passive house standard, the heat transfer coefficient of passive doors and windows, the solar transmittance of glass, and the heat recovery efficiency of fresh air fans are higher than those of projects in other climate zones. The main contradiction of this project is to reduce the demand of building heating energy consumption in winter as much as possible, and how to optimize the building window-to-wall ratio, reduce heat loss, ensure air tightness, and reasonably design air volume distribution when the building's shape coefficient is relatively unfavorable , optimizing the layout of internal functions, etc. are all challenges faced by this project. Through careful control of various energy-saving technologies, comprehensive consideration of building materials and equipment parameters, thermal bridge-free design of important nodes, and close attention to the entire construction process, our designers and construction personnel are actively facing various challenges. Coping and successfully overcoming various difficulties in the construction process, so that the project finally successfully landed.

This project is the Group's first demonstration case of promoting passive ultra-low energy consumption housing in the severe cold region of Northeast China. Through research and analysis, we put forward optimization suggestions on: building underground plane air intake duct; optimal design of doors and windows; building section design; setting fresh air buried pipe; fresh air system with heat recovery; ventilation system piping layout and other aspects. The project has now been successfully completed and was finally certified by the German Passive House Institute PHI in January 22.
