The project is located in the city of Suzhou, close to subway and bus lines that connect it to city centers and major train stations, providing it with a convenient location and easy access.

The complex consists of a high-rise building for Beyond's main offices on the northern edge of the site, and 7 buildings on the southern edge that function as independently sellable units. Each of these buildings has distinct entrances and traffic routes.

The centerpiece of the project is situated in the middle of the site, separating the office building and the 7 sellable units from each other. This area is covered by a large photovoltaic roof, which spans the entire project, generates energy, and reduces temperatures and solar exposure throughout the complex, thereby lowering temperatures and energy requirements. This expansive central courtyard not only serves as a meeting point for the various uses within the site but also acts as a connection between the city and the park running along the eastern edge of the site.

The building facades are equipped with metal mesh structures that support vegetation growth, thereby balancing the high humidity in this area. In combination with shading from the large photovoltaic roof, they offer improved thermal comfort. Both elements work in tandem, pursuing the same strategy.
